I was just wondering if he got into coaching or still lives in Toronto because it seems that after he got traded from Toronto he was never heard from again I know he retired in something like '99 after playing in Europe

Leeman
Hi,
I'm not sure what Gary is doing for a living. I know he lives near Caledon, Ontario on a 50 acre farm. I sent him a letter earlier this year with 3 cards to be autographed. He responded immediately, probably had the cards back within a week.
His address is:
Gary Leeman,
15158 Mississauga Rd.,
R. R. #1,
Terra Cotta, ON,
L0P 1N0.
Good luck,
Neil

Leeman Montreal Cards
Gary did not give a reason why he would not do them. I saw him at a charity game last February. I had my usual sheet of cards out and he did every card but the Montreal ones so I assumed he wouldn't do them. Then I saw him at a card show in the Detroit area and I thought he might do them for the $5.00 fee. He would still not do them and said he does not sign Montreal cards. No explaination other than that yet he would do Montreal pucks and photos. I didn't get it but he was so nice about it I was not going to push it farthur.

Gary's address
You know what guys, I met Gary this weekend at a fundraiser tournament and yes he is a great guy. In fact I think that he deserves to have his address taken off this post. This is not the sort of thing that should be made public. Hopefully, whoever put it there will kindly take it off.
thanks.

Address
There is no invasion of privacy by sending a piece of mail to a person's home. They completely have the right to refuse it or throw it in the garbage. Addresses in the United States at least are public information and can be accessed through legal search databases and city records. This forum simply gives other collectors the opportunity to access players that may live thousands of miles away for an autograph. Its a great way to build a collection of signatures. So how is it not fair to a player?
